It is the Chinese representative of employers,and is a non-governmental institution.CEC(formerly known as CEMA which was renamed to China Enterprise Confederation on April 20,1999.),established in 1979, and CEDA , established in 1983,merged into one institution in 1988.
This web site systematically introduces the conception, methodologies, and practical experiences of Net Readiness. It also introduces the practical cases being adopted by Chinese enterprises using Net Readiness. The relevant training courses are provided for all enterprise executives to share the best practices and generate new ideas
 “The impact of information and network technology to business transformation of conventional enterprises and revolution of enterprise operation and management”, is a topic for 21 century network era. It’s an important part of advanced productivity, also is crucial for competitiveness and integration capacity of Chinese enterprises in new era. For domestic enterprises, information is not only an issue of enterprises using information and network technology, but also a strategy choice of adapting international environment and melting into global economy by continuously improving enterprises competency. Reviewing the progressive course of Chinese enterprises since 1980’s opening to world policy, it is proved to be more and more important to use advanced management methodology especially deploying and developing information and network technology to improve the level of enterprise management.
