China Enterprise Confederation (CEC)/China Enterprise Directors Association (CEDA) is a representative of Chinese enterprises established in 1979.
The CEC/CEDA's membership include enterprises, companies, provincial and municipal associations, industry associations and trade associations.
CEC/CEDA membership 438,700 members, including all kinds of ownership enterprises and individual employers representing 34 industrial sectors in 30 provinces, 28 industrial cities and 118 regions.
CEC/CEDA seeks to provide enterprises and companies with: training, advisory and information services and technology transfers; participate in the legislative processes concerning industrial relations; publish books and periodicals on business management; facilitate international exchanges to achieve the ultimate objective of establishing modern enterprise management systems; improve communication between Chinese and foreign companies; promote cooperation between Chinese and foreign companies; help foster sound relationships between managers and workers; award excellent companies and entrepreneurs; tap human resources; and develop advanced business models.
